works ok mate, sometimes the hours suck, but i enjoy what i do and thats what matters. as for the tomac it was just stress over time, with a bit of poor design... the forces of the suspension and rider weight on the cnc yolk that forms the pivot and BB shell just try and twist it away from the downtube. all makes sence now ive analised it. oh well the intense is built like a tank, but because of the big monocoque section its still only 10.5lbs, which for a 9.5 inch travel race frame is fairly light. i laced the rear wheel together tonight and i have the cranks, forks, bars, brakes etc ready to just bolt on tommorow. might have a finished build pic up late tommorow!

nope, ive got all the parts stripped down and cleaned... gotta lace a new hub and spoke to the rear rim. then can build her up. gonna be a couple of days work here and there coz im workin round the clock pritty much till next weekend

the tomac got bike cancer, with two biiig cracks around the BB, so she had to be put down...
